Things to do while we clean

Tips on things you can do while we make your home spotless!

Go for a walk:
Walking is good for your heart, and helps lower blood pressure and improve your fitness. Your efforts stimulate the circulatory system and muscles, so that both blood pressure and cholesterol levels fall. The heart thus becomes stronger. You are also kind to your lungs when you walk.

Plan the weekend:
To make the weekend feel a little longer, it can be a good idea to make sure to plan it in advance. Well-deserved sleeping mornings and long breakfasts are wonderful but can result in a late start to the day. In addition, if you have not decided what to do, it is easy for a lot of time to be wasted figuring it out. If you have instead made sure to plan what you want to do and have time for during the days, you will also be able to feel that you make better use of your free time.

Ps. We can probably all agree that cleaning is not the most fun activity and therefore it gets extra boring when it comes to consuming time from the holidays. Let’s take care of it …

Shop
Take a break and plan your food for the coming week. Also take the opportunity to go and buy the food so that you do not have to think about this during the weekend. Right now, however, it can be good to order the food online and have it delivered to your home. No matter how you choose to make your purchases, the planning itself always takes time. Call a friend
Right now, most of us do not meet our friends so often so take the opportunity to go for a walk and call a friend in the meantime.

Take a break
Be sure to take your break (no matter how short or long it is). The best way to enjoy your break is to actually take a break, no matter how stressful it is. The art is to let go of what you are doing for a while.

Stand up straight
If you have a sedentary job, it may be time to take advantage of the time during the break by moving around, but if you have a physical job, then maybe it can be nice to sit down for a while. No matter what profession you have, it is good to break away from what you are doing completely and do something else during your break. Pischa has made a training video for us, watch it here!

Leave the workplace (home office)
Sometimes it can be difficult to think of other things if you are still at work, it is also easy to start working a little even if the break is not over. Do you leave work, for example. a walk, you take advantage of your entire break, you find it easier to disconnect from work for a while and you reduce the risk of your co-workers asking about work-related issues. Remember to set up on your computer that you have a break if your colleagues are trying to get hold of you.
Coffee with colleagues digitally
Even though many people are at home nowadays, it is important to have coffee breaks with colleagues. Talk about something other than work and have a good cup of coffee together. The coffee break is not a meeting but a break when you should have the opportunity to recharge your batteries for the rest of the working day.

Great songs to work on. With the headphones on, you can hardly hear that we are at your house cleaning. Tip is to sit in your workplace and then at the end we clean it while you are in another room.

Are at home with children in the meantime?
Take the opportunity to play outside with the children for a while and then enjoy your clean home. Do a spontaneous treasure hunt and look for sticks and cones to tinker with later. You can do a lot with a little glue, glitter and sticks.
