Social responsibility

Everyone has the right to a secure workplace

10.1.2022

Due to the events surrounding Magdalena Andersson and the cleaning lady without a work permit, we want to emphasize how important it is to be a safe workplace and take responsibility as an employer.

Cleaning with a clear conscience

For us, it goes without saying - Satisfied cleaners lead to satisfied customers. This is exactly why we call ourselves a socially responsible company, because we go above and beyond to be the best workplace for our cleaners. By only offering a permanent job with our own permanent staff, we create real and important jobs that make a big difference.

A safe and sustainable work environment is about the staff being covered by collective agreements, where, for example, holiday and sickness compensation, parental benefits and good routines exist. That there is a collaboration with authorities, and an HR department that works actively to create a rewarding work environment for all employees, so that everyone thrives, develops and feels safe in their workplace.

This is how we at Freska work, we always put people first and that is precisely why you can order cleaning from us with a good conscience - for both people and the environment.

Cleaner stories

We have heard many stories from employees at Freska who previously worked illegally or did not have the safe working environment they have today. They all have one thing in common - there is a very dark side to every story. Many also testify to the feeling of insecurity, not being able to apply for a work permit, not being able to get a home or not being able to create the life you want to create for your family. As one cleaner said: “There is a difference between making uncertain money and creating a life in a new country”.
