GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FRESKA BENEFITS SUBSCRIPTION

1. INTRODUCTION

These terms specifically apply to the Freska Benefits subscription and regulate the special benefits, commitment periods, and conditions associated with this type of subscription. The terms should be read in conjunction with Freska’s general terms and conditions ("General Terms"). In case of any conflict between these and the General Terms, these Terms for the Freska Benefits subscription shall take precedence.

These terms are valid from 2025-03-01 and until further notice.


2. GENERAL

Freska Sweden AB, reg. no. 556752-7881 ("Freska") provides household-related services, including cleaning and other home services ("Services"), to individuals and businesses ("Customer"). These general terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Freska and the Customer upon signing up for a subscription ("Subscription").

Orders can be placed via:

  • www.freska.se ("Website"),
  • Freska’s mobile application ("Application"),
  • Telephone,
  • Home visits.

The Terms apply in combination with the individual order placed by the Customer and any attachments. In case of discrepancies between the Terms and the Order, the Order shall prevail.


3. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND RENEWAL

3.1. Commitment Period

The Subscription is valid from the agreed start date and is binding for the agreed period ("Commitment Period"). After the Commitment Period, the Subscription is automatically renewed according to Freska’s applicable general terms unless terminated in accordance with section 4.

3.2. Changes upon Renewal

In the event of automatic renewal, price adjustments and contractual changes may occur, which will be communicated to the Customer at least 30 days in advance.


4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer undertakes to:

  • Receive the agreed Services throughout the Commitment Period.
  • Comply with applicable cancellation and rescheduling policies.
  • Ensure that necessary information and access to the home are provided to enable the Services to be performed.
  • Provide functioning cleaning equipment and materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

5.1. Termination during Commitment Period

The Customer is not entitled to terminate the Subscription during the Commitment Period except in the case of a material breach of contract by Freska.

5.2. Automatic Renewal

If the Customer does not terminate the Subscription at least 30 days before the end of the Commitment Period, it will be renewed under the applicable terms.

5.3. Freska’s Right to Terminate

Freska has the right to terminate the Subscription with immediate effect if the Customer:

  • Violates the Terms,
  • Misuses the Services,
  • Fails to fulfill their payment obligations.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

6.1. Free Cancellation Policy

The Customer may cancel a scheduled Service free of charge outside the seven (7) day cancellation period, within the maximum allowed number of free cancellations per year, depending on the chosen cleaning frequency.

6.2. Maximum Free Cancellations Per Year

  • Weekly cleaning: Maximum 6 cancellations per year.
  • Bi-weekly cleaning: Maximum 3 cancellations per year.
  • Monthly cleaning: Maximum 1 cancellation per year.

6.3. Fees for Late Cancellations or No-Show

  • If a cancellation is made within 7 days before the Service appointment, the Customer will be charged 50% of the cost.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation at the door, the Customer will be charged 100% of the cost.

6.4. Cancellations Upon Termination

If the agreement is terminated before the Commitment Period has ended, any exceeded free cancellations will be charged at full price per instance, including any applicable RUT deduction.


7. SUPPLEMENTATION OF GENERAL TERMS

These Terms for the Freska Benefits subscription supplement Freska’s general terms and include specific rules for this type of subscription. All other aspects of the Customer’s relationship with Freska, which are not explicitly regulated here, are covered by the general terms for Freska’s services. The Customer thereby agrees that both sets of terms apply concurrently when signing up for a Benefits subscription.


8. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

8.1. Applicable Law

Swedish law shall apply to this Agreement.

8.2. Dispute Resolution

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by Stockholm District Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
